Joyous Reach was originally established as "Master Wes' Household" in December of 2006 when he accepted the service and placed his collar upon slave terry. In March 2011 at Colonial Kink, the household was renamed "The Holding at Joyous Reach," and an alliance named "The Castle of the Three Kings" was formed between Joyous Reach, Thumper's Keep, and Stingray's Lair. In December of 2011 two new members, Joseph and slave lalita were inducted to the household as apprentice level members.
